The 6 Week New Year Challenge will begin on Monday, January 11th  and end on March 15th.

This Challenge will be offered two different ways. The first one "On Your Own" is great for someone more advanced and doest need accountability. However, weekly check ins are still required to fully participate in the challenge. The "ALL IN" is perfect for someone wanting to be guided throughout the entire 6 weeks. We are fully here at your convenience every step of the way! Any and all questions on fitness and nutrition are welcomed. The goal of this challenge is to burn excess fat, and tone your muscles. Whoever can lose the most weight and inches combined will win access to any future challenge for FREE! Also a 20% discount off your entire purchase on the Next U Fitness online shop.

Heres what the Challenge includes:

• Starting MACRO/Calories based on weight, height, and goal weight. Your activity level will be based off the 6 week workout plan provided. MACRO/Calories will change weekly if necessary after checkins are done
• 6 Week workout plan. The six weeks will be broken down into 2-3 week workouts
• A gym membership is required for this challenge, unless you have an adequate amount of equipment at home.(We can work with you if you don’t have access to a gym because of covid) 
• All checkins will take place through email on SUNDAYS. All info must be sent to info@nextufitness.com before 12pm Noon. Your new week plan will be sent before Midnight on the same day, SUNDAY!
• Once challenge is purchased, you will receive a welcome email explaining everything you need to know!
